I’m just guessing, because I haven’t found yet how they did it. But it looks like the conductor had a laptop for each performer. Each performer had an iPhone/iPad. Each laptop was then input into a mixer. The conductor had separate FaceTime calls going to each performer and the laptops were arranged so their cameras would all show the conductor. Then they just started playing and everything was recorded from the mixer.
