How are you all doing? Things are going pretty well here. This past week was another really hot one, and it was kind of busy too.

On Monday night, we went to the Flia. Ben’tez's house to do an FHE with them, and they had invited a friend over, but he didn't end up coming. Oh well. We still had a pretty good night though.

On Tuesday, we had Zone Conference. Before, we had it in the chapel next to the temple, but this time, we just had it at the chapel that's next to the mission office. It was a good conference, I really enjoyed it. After it was over, Elder Davis found out that he was getting a special change to Encarnaci—n, which is on the southern border with Argentina and is the farthest away Zone in the mission. So he and Elder Black had a busy afternoon, saying goodbyes and packing and stuff, and he left on Wednesday morning. But anyway, after we got home from Conference, we tried to visit a few people that weren't home. We did talk to some members, and went and had a little charla with Edith, the reference lady that we met last Friday. That went pretty well.

On Wednesday morning, we went out and taught a charla 2 to Sole, JosŽ Duarte's little sister. That went pretty well. In the afternoon, we went out to Eugenia's and set up an appointment to come the next day. Then we went out to a semi-active lady's house, and taught her 8 year-old son the 1» charla, because he's not baptized yet, so we get to teach him. After that, we went and taught a charla 2 to Adela, a 16 year-old girl who lives close to the Duartes. She committed to be baptized, and that's always neat. After that, we went to the church for Noche de Rama. We met Elder Black's new companion, Elder Fern‡ndez. He's from Chile, and he came at the same time as Elder Black, but he'll go home with me (a change later) because Latins don't spend as much time in the MTC. Anyway, there were only a few people there for Noche de Rama, so we decided we'd go. We tried to visit some other members, but they weren't home. So, we came home and had pizza with the other Elders.

On Thursday, we went to Eugenia's house and helped out JosŽ with a thing he's doing to try and get a job. It was like an application, but different. Alright, I can't explain it very well, but he needed help. So we helped him and we shared some scriptures with everyone. In the afternoon, we went and taught a charla 1 to a friend of Valdelice's who came to church on Sunday. We actually tried to find his house before, but we couldn't. Anyway, we taught him a charla 1, and it went well. He's thinking about moving to Argentina to work, so we'll see how things turn out. After that, we went and visited an inactive lady, and went to the Duarte's and read from the Book of Mormon with Sole and her friend Mariela. After that, we went and had dinner with Valdelice and her family. It was pretty good, and we had a good time.

On Friday, we went out to the Duarte's again and taught JosŽ the first charla for New Members. We had our normal lunch with the Flia. Ben’tez, and then came home and studied. In the afternoon, we went out and taught a charla 2 to Nathanael, the 8 year-old who's mom is a  member. While we were there, it started raining, but it never got too hard and it only lasted for a little while. After that, we tried to visit a couple other people, but they weren't home. We went and talked to Milciades, the friend of Valdelice who we taught on Thursday, and we read with him. After that, we had a charla scheduled with Edith, but she said she was busy and that she was going to go on a trip, and she would tell Hna. Ben’tez when we should come by again. So we're not sure what happened there, because she seemed pretty cool before. So after that, we went by the Flia. Ben’tez's, and then were on our way to a member's house, when a lady called us over and asked when Sacrament Meeting was. It turns out that her and her family just moved here from Asunci—n a couple of weeks ago. So we got to know them a little, then went and visited another member family before coming home.

On Saturday morning, we went and taught charla 5 to Valdelice and her daughter. It went pretty well. After that, we went to help the Elders Quorum start building a house for one of the members that's getting married soon. It was in the other Elders' area, and we didn't have very good directions, so it took us a while to find the house, and then a little while after we got there, they stopped for lunch. Oh well. After that we came home and studied, then went out and got fallar-ed a couple of times and invited people to church. Then we taught Claudelino the 1» charla for New Members, and then went and did  the same thing with Juan Antonio and Lu’z. Then we came home.

Yesterday, we went to Adela's house and got her, and then had to go to Eugenia's house to get her kids (excluding Juan Antonio, who came with her) who were still sleeping. Well, we didn't have to, but we did. So that was a fun morning. Other than that it was a pretty normal Fast Sunday. After church, we went and had lunch with Presidente Mar’n and his wife and her little brother. They have to move soon, because the owners of their house- who are the former branch president and his family- are moving back from Chile. So they're not sure still where they're going to move to (probably „emby) or what will happen with the leadership of the branch. Anyway, after that, we came home and studied. Then we went and talked to Milciades, and then to Eugenia's family. Then we went and taught Valdelice and her daughters charla 6, so they're all done with the charlas. After that, we came home and the other Elders came up and we ate.

So, that's the week. Tomorrow, we'll find out changes. I honestly don't have any idea if I'm staying or going, we shall see. Oh yeah, I'll be sending that package tomorrow (well, sending it to the office, I'm not sure when they mail stuff off) so keep an eye out for that. So yeah.
